Our 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for most products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple! Just follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Please give us your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the shipping address for the return.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  • Underwear and hosiery
  • Earrings or other pierced jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully check all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
